As of May 1, 2024, Roman National Museum ticketing will use the e-ticketing service of the Italian Museums portal of the Ministry of Culture.
As of this date, tickets can only be purchased by electronic payment (in no case by cash)
- online at the Musei Italiani website
- from mobile with the Musei Italiani app available on Google Play and the App Store
- from totems located at the entrance of each site (exclusively with electronic payment cards). Please note that payment cards with only a magnetic stripe (no chip) do not comply with European security standards for electronic payments and therefore are not currently accepted.
